Master has always stood out on the market for its ability to create solutions designed to <\/span>simplify and speed up the work<\/span><\/b> of window and door manufacturers. Among the proposals presented in this first part of 2023 is the new <\/span>Automatic 4.0 punching machine for cutting-punching rods (Art.2014.1<\/a>)<\/span><\/b>, developed by <\/span>MasterLAB<\/span><\/b> engineers to facilitate the work of window and door manufacturers in cutting and punching polyamide connecting rods.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

First of all, it is possible to operate on-board the machine using a <\/span>7\u2033<\/span><\/b> touch screen<\/span><\/b>, or when the machine is interconnected, <\/span>from the office using a PC<\/span><\/b> equipped with special software (with screen mirroring), or even from a tablet or smartphone.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The new automatic punching machine is characterised by its great versatility in programming modes: automatic, semi-automatic and manual.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the automatic mode<\/span><\/b> it will, first of all, be necessary to program the punching machine by means of <\/span>excel sheets<\/span><\/b>, which can be sent remotely to the machine, and\/or <\/span>\u201crecipes\u201d<\/span><\/b> (product configurations that can be programmed or supplied directly by Master) which can be easily loaded via a USB stick. Once the \u201crecipes\u201d have been loaded, all you have to do is select them from the appropriate menu, indicate the size of the frame and relative quantity to start production automatically.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the semi-automatic mode<\/span><\/b>, it will be possible to indicate the type of machining to be carried out from the 3 available types:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In manual mode<\/span><\/b>, you can operate the machine by sliding the rod roll with the appropriate keys (right\/left arrow) and making the hole by pressing the down the arrow key at the desired point.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Master\u2019s new automatic punching machine can optionally be equipped with a <\/span>barcode reader<\/span><\/b>, which can be activated by simply plugging it into the USB socket at the top. The reader can be used in automatic mode to read <\/span>recipes<\/span><\/b> directly from a printed list.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Finally, the machine software is equipped with a special <\/span>\u201cJOB LIST\u201d<\/span><\/b> section that allows you to view all the <\/span>machining operations queued up on the machine<\/span><\/b> and change the machining queue by intervening on the cells you wish to modify.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The new 2014.1 punching machine, thanks to an innovative auto-calibration system, has been made even <\/span>better<\/span><\/b> than previous versions<\/span> in terms of speed and accuracy of execution.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, the machine can be <\/span>interconnected to factory computer systems<\/span><\/b> via cable, hotspot or WiFi, integrating seamlessly with other machines and the company\u2019s logistics system.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
