To meet the ever-increasing market demand for aluminium door and window frames that boast impressive tightness performance and high-quality design, <\/span>the Master group decided to expand its range of corner joints with two new lines<\/span><\/b>:<\/span> EXTRA and ONE<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

EXTRA <\/span><\/b>is the line of <\/span>alignment<\/span><\/b> and support <\/span>corner joints <\/span><\/b>with <\/span>adjustable eccentric pins<\/span><\/b>.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This type of corner joint acts as a <\/span>support for the main corner joint and ensures perfect alignment and locking of corner profiles <\/span><\/b>even with <\/span>T<\/span><\/b> and <\/span>Cross<\/span><\/b> joints.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Its parts are made of <\/span>die-cast aluminium and zamak<\/span><\/b>. The different versions of the EXTRA line are available in various sizes (ranging from 4\u00d712 mm to 5.5\u00d717 mm) so that they can cover the most common sizes of profiles on the market.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>adjustable eccentric pins<\/span><\/b> allow perfect tightening, using a <\/span>20 Torx spanner<\/span><\/b>, <\/span>without<\/span><\/b> additional <\/span>machining<\/span><\/b> and <\/span>even with the frame already installed<\/span><\/b>, and the <\/span>glue injection hole<\/span><\/b> allows the <\/span>corner profile to be sealed\u00a0<\/span><\/b> quickly and easily<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

UNA <\/span><\/b>is the line of <\/span>multi-purpose<\/span><\/b> alignment<\/span><\/b> and support <\/span>corner joints<\/span><\/b> with <\/span>corner connector<\/span><\/b> and pin<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This is a type of corner joint designed to <\/span>align and tighten the corner of the profile<\/span><\/b> by supporting the main corner joint and, in most cases, <\/span>using<\/span><\/b> the second groove of thermal break profiles<\/span><\/b>.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

UNA<\/span><\/b> corner joints are made of die-cast aluminium, also subjected to <\/span>tumbling and sandblasting <\/span><\/b>treatments for increased <\/span>corrosion<\/span><\/b> resistance.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
