The company conducted a survey among 350 team members, most of whom work at the Conversano plant, in order to monitor employee satisfaction. This effort has now led to Master\u2019s second \u201cGreat Place to Work\u201d certification.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>According to employee feedback, Master ranks among the \u201cbest companies to work for in Italy.\u201d The workplace climate survey provided an in-depth analysis of various aspects, including employees\u2019 sense of belonging, perception of fairness and meritocracy, trust in the company\u2019s future, leadership credibility and more.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>GPTW survey\u2019s results highlight that 75% of Master\u2019s employees consider the company \u201can excellent place to work.\u201d Additionally, 74% recognize a strong sense of fairness within the organization, valuing the inclusive and unbiased treatment of all individuals, regardless of their background or personal characteristics.<\/p>\n<p>This aligns with Master\u2019s commitment to fostering an inclusive corporate culture, as reflected in its UNI PdR 125 Gender Equality Certification. The survey also revealed that 70% of employees take great pride in their work, and an impressive 83% express a willingness to remain with the company for the long term.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>\u201cBeing certified as a Great Place to Work means continuing to prioritize what matters most: our people,\u201d said Annacarla Loperfido, Chief People and Organization Officer at Master. \u201cIt also pushes us to maintain the highest standards in our processes and human resource management, ensuring that every team member feels like an integral part of the company\u2019s evolution. These two elements, employee well-being and organizational excellence, are both the cause and effect of this certification.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Great Place to Work is an internationally recognized certification that helps companies enhancing their organizational culture, supporting management in creating a people-centric work environment.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Employee testimonials and survey results highlight a deep sense of belonging and pride in the company\u2019s achievements.
