The system retains the clean aesthetic that has always set it apart \u2013 with completely invisible components<\/strong> \u2013 and evolves technically thanks to solutions designed to optimise installation, adjustments and long-term performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n

High-resistance materials: C5 corrosion and H2 durability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The upgrade first and foremost concerns materials<\/strong>. Structural components such as levers, pins and frame brackets<\/strong> are all made of AISI 304 stainless steel<\/strong>, with corrosion resistance certified in Class 5<\/strong> \u2013 very high corrosivity resistance (tested for over 480 hours in salt spray). These features make WEEN HIDE 180<\/strong> suitable for use in highly aggressive environments<\/strong> such as industrial areas with high humidity or high atmospheric pollution<\/strong>, coastal areas with high salinity<\/strong> and buildings with permanent condensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The H2 class durability<\/strong> test certifies high performance in opening\/closing and tilt cycles<\/strong>, maintaining unchanged operating forces and functionality over time. The system has also been tested on balcony-door configurations<\/strong> at maximum load for 10,000<\/strong> consecutive casement cycles<\/strong>. WEEN HIDE 180<\/strong> thus becomes an \u201cinfinitely resistant<\/strong>\u201d system, designed for intensive use in residential and commercial contexts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even easier and faster installation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Some details of the new WEEN HIDE 180<\/strong> have been redesigned to make installation even more intuitive. The quick cam coupling system<\/strong>, produced using the most advanced technological processes<\/strong>, guarantees maximum strength<\/strong> and the best installation experience.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sash is fitted into the frame and the upper hinge connects to the roller via advanced quick coupling\/decoupling systems<\/strong>, made with new materials<\/strong> to reduce friction and facilitate operation<\/strong>, both in the long-roller and short-roller versions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n

The gap adjustment, including negative adjustment<\/strong>, ensures correct operation on double sashes with larger profiles. The overrider incorporated<\/strong> into the hinges also guarantees perfect sash-to-frame alignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Greater applicability, new load capacities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The range extension<\/strong> is another key feature of WEEN HIDE 180<\/strong>. The system can now also be adapted to internal coplanar systems<\/strong> thanks to the new hinge versions (series 3305<\/a>\/3306<\/a>)<\/strong>, as well as to aluminium eurogroove systems with overlap profile (series 3304A<\/a>\/3303A<\/a>).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Load capacities<\/strong> reach 130 kg<\/strong> for series 3305<\/a>\/3306 <\/a>(internal coplanar) and go up to 150 kg<\/strong> for series 3303A<\/a>\/3304A<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new WEEN HIDE 180 sash support<\/strong> (Art. 3310.51<\/a>) allows full 180\u00b0 opening without limiting load capacity<\/strong>, overcoming the previous 90\u00b0 opening constraint and making it possible to extend load capacity up to 180 kg <\/strong>depending on the profile type used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
