Three innovations, three different ways of interpreting the future of window and door systems. This is how Master Italy captured the attention of visitors at MADE EXPO 2025, unveiling for the first time KARMA Minimal Design, NIX and APRO automations a technological proposition that places aesthetics, functionality and smart-home integration at the forefront of Italy’s most important trade fair for construction and architecture.
KARMA Minimal Design impressed attendees with its ability to combine essential lines and outstanding strength, thanks to a fastening system directly connected to the movement mechanism. This ensures a highly stable and durable handle while preserving its sleek, box-less minimal aesthetic.
The new range with round and oval bases, a version with key, offset grip, and a double handle with cylinder cover—can now be adapted to all types of windows and doors, including sliding systems with multipoint locking, meeting the demands of contemporary design.
KARMA Minimal solutions provided the backdrop to the entire exhibition through an anamorphic video projected on a large angular LEDwall, where the various designs alternated in a dynamic sequence that appeared to project the handles “beyond the screen.” The KARMA family was further enriched by the debut of KARMA 20°, an innovative solution for sliding openings presented exclusively at MADE.
NIX, the new line of concealed handles, pushes the concept of minimalism to its extreme, drawing inspiration from the idea of “nothingness” as the ultimate expression of elegance.
Developed by the MasterLAB research centre, NIX was conceived to elevate window and door frames designed for maximum natural light, uninterrupted aesthetics and visual purity. It was showcased both in its unidirectional version and, premiering at the event, in a new bidirectional version that ensures universal applicability across all opening types, while maintaining consistent design language.
Completing the innovation landscape, APRO Master Italy’s intelligent automation range enables natural ventilation, enhanced safety and constant indoor comfort, even remotely. This solution transforms any window into an advanced component of home automation, ideal for residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
At MADE EXPO, the spotlight was also on the new APRO SLIDE versions for sliding and lift-and-slide systems, presented for the first time.

MADE EXPO 2025 confirmed that the Italian market remains dynamic, maintaining momentum particularly in the field of innovation—even in light of the scaling back of incentives for refurbishment and window replacement.
