Master is on the Polish market for more than 10 years, thanks to the strategic partnership with leading distribution groups. From March 7 to 10, Master, in collaboration with its local partners, has organized a technical meeting with some of the best customers from Lublin area, in order to strengthen the cultural and business partnership. A group of 25 professionals, including designers, distributors and doors/windows makers, had the opportunity to visit Master production plants and MasterLab. Together with Albert Ryzhkou, Export Manager, Ryszard Czarnecki and Tomasz Mleczko, Area Managers, they were able to see all the new products for 2013. “These meetings represent for us a strategic opportunity to study the specific market requirements,” affirmed Eng. Enrico Maggio, Director of MasterLab laboratory. “Our approach is to be constantly in contact with our customers, to get their requirements and to be good at fast providing the innovation that represents our company mission.” “The windows and doors accessories is an highly technical and evolving sector” – declares A.Ryzhkou, Export Manager, “for this reason it is very important to offer both practical and theoretical training to customers”. The weekend included a “made in Puglia” experience, with the visit to Saint Nicholas Basilica in Bari, walks in the old towns of Alberobello, Polignano, and tasting of typical foods. All this, as always, was aimed at enhancing real human relations even before the issues closely related to the business.
