Empire System is the range of locking accessories for perimeter closing, that offers to window makers a considerable versatility in solutions, high performances and locking points along the profile, according to the dimensions of the sash.Starting from December, 2016 this range of accessories includes Easy Rapid Plus: the outside stay hinges that supports a maximum load of 100kgs (on transom and outside openings).The new stay hinges represent an innovation of Easy Rapid line for outside, casement and transom openings, that had max weight of 30 kg.Easy Rapid Plus is created for the same above-mentioned openings, but it is suitable also for Euro Groove profiles (art. 1233.16), and curtain walls (art. 1292.16 – 1292.18), withload up to 40 kg for casements and up to 100 kg for transom and outside openings.The new arms are easy to mount, because they can be directly installed on the profile, without additional machining; they are realized in stainless steel AISI304 (non-magnetic) and equipped with a delrin self-lubricating friction runner that reduces the friction while operating the sash.The incorporated fixing screw in the hinge limits the opening angle at 30°; if the screw is removed, the opening angle is up to 90°, and it makes the glass cleaning easier.Easy Rapid Plus is a further proof of the maximum versatility offered to the users of Master products.
