The new headquarters of Master Polska, the Polish subsidiary of Master Group, international leader in the design and production of aluminium window and door accessories, was officially opened on 15ᵗʰ July 2025. With double the logistics area, larger offices and a strengthened team with new sales support and customer service staff, the new branch in Imielin, just a few kilometres from Katowice, marks a key step on Master Group’s path of growth in Central Europe.
Founded in 2016, Master Polska has forged a solid and recognised presence in the territory in just nine years thanks to a continuous synergy with the Italian parent company and a shared vision focused on strengthening proximity, technical expertise and partnerships. The new headquarters thus represents the natural development along this path, designed to respond ever more effectively to the needs of customers in Poland and neighbouring markets.
“With this investment, we are doubling our storage capacity and significantly improving the quality of our service,” said Tomasz Mleczko, Poland Area Manager of Master Polska. “Not only do we guarantee greater product availability on-site but we can also count on a team that is larger and more integrated with the head office in Italy, ready to accompany the customer at every stage, from pre-sales to after-sales.”
A new location for a more structured team closer to the customer
Such a structured organisation is complemented by the adoption of SAP digitisation systems for full integration with the processes of the parent company by providing visibility of local KPIs, even remotely. It is therefore an investment not only in infrastructure but also in organisation, aimed at consolidating Master Polska as a strategic point of reference for Central Europe.
The Polish market: a factory in Europe, a partner for growth
“Poland is now one of the leading door and window manufacturers in Europe,” explains Stefano Loperfido, CEO of Master Polska. “We have continuously invested in this market for over 20 years because we believe in the value of proximity and partnership. Our goal is to be, for customers in the area, a leading partner in the development of innovative solutions to be employed in the local market then exported throughout Europe. Investments in training and team integration are a key component of this strategy. Indeed, in an organic manner, the Polish team participates in exchanges and updates both in Italy and remotely.”
Another step forward, together
The new location in Imielin represents a significant step in the Master Group’s expansion strategy, focused on strengthening its direct presence in strategic areas. This concrete investment consolidates the Group’s commitment to the Polish market and to Central Europe in general. An initiative that reflects the desire to be ever closer to stakeholders by promoting a model of development oriented towards customer centricity and the creation of shared value.
“Poland, in particular, represents a strategic hub along Master Group’s growth path,” continued Stefano Loperfido, “a point of reference for consolidating our direct presence, transferring skills and know-how, responding in a timely and qualified manner to the growing demand for innovation from Central and Eastern European markets. Our goal is to build strong partnerships based on proximity, expertise and shared value.”
