Within the framework of “People have the Power”, the Master program dedicated to our human resources, thirteen blow-ups of our people have been set up on the factory walls.
“A series of machines can do the job of three hundred ordinary men,but no machine can do the work of an extraordinary team.”, this is Mr. Michele Loperfido’sthought, the powerful idea that with the Master Program People Have the Powerdefine a new approach to human resources, that are seen as the real starting point of the company change.
“In 2017 and 2018 we have continued to implement and invest in technology within the Industry 4.0wireframe. In 2018 and for the next two years we are focusing on the Factory 4.0transformation, with the believe that the factory is made not only of machinery and processes, but above all it is made by people linked by an efficient organization” these are the words of the CEO Michele Loperfido.
“Many investments have been made and many others will come in terms of systems, technological innovations and automation. But the most important thing for us in Master have always been the PEOPLE of our team. The factory 4.0 has to be a human company, where more than the technology the real challenge will be the definition of a new organization model where people have a central and pro-active role. More creativity, engagement and responsibility are the values that put our men at the center“.
The process of change will increasingly put people and their creative force at the center, therefore the Master communication team wanted to give a face to the passion of their men on 12 permanent wall murals.

The factory without man is impossible. We need more and more motivated, proactive, creative and responsible people.
