Sea Shells Hotel and Plaza Shopping Complex: two major revamping projects realized in Malta with Master accessories

For more than 20 years, Mastersolutions have been widely used in Mediterranean countries, across North Africa and almost all Middle Eastern countries. This extensive market presence has led to orders and collaborations on increasingly ambitious projects. For example, in Malta, the company has partnered with ALUSERV, a leading aluminium frame manufacturer that has realized two major revamping projects on the island using Master accessories: the first at the Qawra Bay Sea Shells Resort, and the second at the Sliema Plaza Shopping Complex.

“For the Sea Shells Resort, we realized more than 400 sliding closures using Master cremone bolts (Art.6005), applying them to both sides of the frame for customer convenience”, comments Kevin Gerada, Managing Director of ALUSERV.

“The biggest technical challenge was the one we faced with another series of sliding closures at the seaside resort, for which we used the FastLock system combined with Master Inner Click sliding handles. We chose this solution for the quality of its internal components and stainless steel hooks, which are fundamental for corrosion resistance to atmospheric agents. The same systems were also used for closures at the Plaza Shopping Complex, for which we also renewed the main façade using curtain wall products from the Empire range”.

“With Master Italy, for years now, we have been able to respond effectively to the constantly evolving demands of the Maltese market in the windows and doors sector”, adds Mark Vassallo, owner of ALUSERV. This is a fundamental collaboration for us, allowing us to offer both private and business customers the most innovative product solutions in line with our market”.
