Building and design worlds both strongly believe that accessories have a key role in the performances of doors and windows. Master Group makes 97% of its own production’s added value in house, in the Italian industrial area, covering all phases previous to product selling: from the analysis of market’s needs to design, prototyping and production of the goods. Thanks to its centre for research and development, MasterLAB, Master supports the international aluminium culture, with a particular attention to new trends in design, collaborating with researchers, designers, architects, and windows manufacturer.
Constant improvement as a requirement for the Company Sistem, the substancial reference to customers and their satisfaction, human resources and their specialization: this is what certificates Master with ISO 9001:2015. This certification is important to Master in order to enhance the effort made to ensure quality of its products and services, aiming always to satisfy customer’s needs in the best possible way.
Quality System has therefore become a code of conduct for everyone in the company, recognized and used by everyone, and this in fact means going from a verbal organisational culture in the hands of a few, to an organisational culture made of documented rules accepted by everybody.
Leading companies are judged not only for the inherent quality of products and services they provide, but also for their sense of responsibility and the relationship they show to have with their surroundings and environment. The commitment Master shows today is aimed most of all to move us in this direction. The company designs accessories for doors and windows with the awareness of all issues about energy saving, sustainability and durability that can be implemented in the final product. For this purpose Master’s Ween products are certified by Green Building Council, an international reference point for the certification of buildings’ sustainability in order to obtain LEED credits.
Moreover, the company signed a voluntary agreement with the Ministry of the Environment aimed to evaluate impact on climate, along the lifecycle of the most representative products we make, to calculate their “carbon footprint”, that is the total amount of greenhouse gas emitted, aiming to reduce it through planned action in the medium to long term.
Meanwhile, the Goup also thought about a sustainable growht, conferming its care for the environment, integrating principles of enviroment management in the development of products and in process management, promoting every action aimed to manage and improve environmental impacts. That’s why it consolidated the environment management system in accordance with UNI EN ISO 14001, international voluntary code, applicable to all kinds of enterprises, and which constantly engages the company in the evaluation, management and improvement of the environmental issues about their production processes.
Companies are first and foremost made of people. Master Group has always been acutely aware of the importance of this principle, making it a fundamental value of the entire group. People must be protected and have the best possible work conditions in order to work well and produce quality products. This is intrinsically expressed in the careful management of health and safety and the culture of continuous improvement. The culmination of the group’s commitment in this regard is the certification of its Health and Safety Management System to the standard ISO 45001. As for its certification to the standard ISO 9001 regarding its Quality Management System and to the standard ISO 14001 regarding its Environmental System, Master believes that third-party certification, with such a serious and constructive partner as RINA, is a great opportunity for further growth and the achievement of excellence. Furthermore, Master goes well beyond mere regulatory compliance in its commitment to championing the cultural value of Health and Safety in order to promote safe habits and conduct even outside the workplace: We care about people.
